Information on cancellation of permanent tenure
In accordance with section 13 of the Act, in case of cancellation of permanent tenure in a civil position, the relevant ministry and the Ministry of General Administration shall be informed thereof.

(1) In the case of gazetted posts, in order to be promoted in civil service, group or sub-group vacant posts by performance evaluation and seniority and performance evaluation, employees with the minimum service period and educational qualification as per section 21 of the relevant service, group or sub-group under the relevant service, group or sub-group in the case of gazetted posts.
